Stir fried morning glories

RECIPE:

EQUIPMENT

  • Wok or skillet

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 Grams Morning Glory (Water Spinach), cut in 3″ lengths
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1-3 Bird’s eye chilis, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil

SEASONING SAUCE:

  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soybean paste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix seasoning sauces together and set aside
  • Heat wok with cooking oil to be very hot
  • Throw in all ingredients at once, cook 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve with jasmine rice
