Stir Fried Morning Glories (Vegetarian)

RECIPE:

EQUIPMENT

  • Wok or skillet

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 Grams Morning glories (water spinach), cut in 3″ lengths
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1-2 Bird’s eye chilis, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil

SEASONING SAUCE:

  • 1 tbsp Mushroom sauce
  • 1 tsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soybean paste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix seasoning sauces together and set aside.
  • Heat wok and cooking oil to be very hot.
  • Throw all ingredients in at once and cook 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn off heat and serve with jasmine rice.
