RECIPE:

Wok or skillet
INGREDIENTS
- 200 Grams Morning glories (water spinach), cut in 3″ lengths
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1-2 Bird’s eye chilis, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
SEASONING SAUCE:
- 1 tbsp Mushroom sauce
- 1 tsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soybean paste
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix seasoning sauces together and set aside.

Heat wok and cooking oil to be very hot.

Throw all ingredients in at once and cook 1-2 minutes.

Turn off heat and serve with jasmine rice.
