Wok or skillet
INGREDIENTS
- 250 Grams Morning Glory (Water Spinach), cut in 3″ lengths
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1-3 Bird’s eye chilis, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
SEASONING SAUCE:
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soybean paste
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix seasoning sauces together and set aside

Heat wok with cooking oil to be very hot

Throw in all ingredients at once, cook 1-2 minutes.

Serve with jasmine rice
