INGREDIENTS:
200 g Chicken, sliced
1-2 Tbsp Red curry paste
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Red spur chili, sliced
1 cup Long beans, sliced in 1’ lengths
5 Kaffir lime leaves, deveined
½ cup Water or chicken stock
SEASONING SAUCE:
2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp Light soy sauce
1 ½ Tsp Sugar
PREPARATION:
1. Combine seasoning sauce
2. Prep ingredients
3. Add 2 Tbsp cooking oil in wok with curry paste and garlic.
4. Add chicken and a little water
5. Add long beans when chicken is 80% done and add seasoning sauce and a little water if needed.
6. When almost done, add kaffir lime leaves and red spur chilis. Cook for 10-15 seconds.
7. Plate and serve.
