MIXED FRUIT SALAD (VEGAN)

INGREDIENTS:
1                      Green apple
1 cup   Sweet corn
¼ cup  Tomato
¼ cup  Carrots
1-3                   Hot chilis
1 clove Garlic
1                      Lime (to taste)
SEASONING SAUCE:
1 Tbsp Palm sugar
1.5 Tsp            Light soy sauce
½ Tbsp           Tamarind paste

PREPARATION:
1.  Slice tomato, cube apple and soak in lime water, peel carrot skin and shred
2.  Combine seasoning sauce into small cup.
3.  In clay mortar, smash chilis and garlic. 
3.  Add seasoning sauce.
4.  Add tomato, lime juice (to taste), apples, and carrot.  Mix well with pestle and spoon.
5.  Add corn and mix gently.
6.  Serve in a bowl.
Servings: 1-2 pax
