INGREDIENTS:
400 g Pork
MARINADE:
2 Tsp 3 Buddy paste
2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Light soy sauce
2 Tsp Palm sugar
3 stalks Lemongrass, sliced finely & smashed
DIP:
Spicy Isaan-style Dip
PREPARATION:
1. Prep lemongrass—cut finely (only the white part) and smash in mortar to a paste.
2. Marinade pork with 3 Buddy paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, palm sugar, lemongrass paste. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3. In skillet, add 1-2 Tbsp cooking oil and on high sear the meat. Lower heat to medium and cook until done.
4. Remove from skillet when 100% done and slice. Place on plate with bowl of spicy Isaan-style dip (see video on preparation).
