Wok or skillet
INGREDIENTS
- 200 Grams Beef, sliced
- 1/2 Cup Onion, cubed
- 1 Cup Bell pepper, sliced
- 2 Stalks Spring (green) onion, cut into 1″ lengths
- 1 Stalk Chinese celery, cut into 1″ lengths
- 2 Cloves Garlic, cut
- 1 tbsp Crushed black pepper
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
SEASONING SAUCE:
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS

With oil in wok, add garlic and cook until fragrant

Add crushed black pepper

Add bell pepper and onion and a little water.

Add beef and a little water. Cook to 90% and then add seasoning sauce

Add spring onion and Chinese celery and cook briefly.

Turn off heat and serve with jasmine rice.
