INGREDIENTS:
5-10 Hot chilis
1-3 cloves Garlic
1 Coriander root
10-15 Mint leaves
1 Lime (to taste)
1.5 Tbsp Palm sugar
½ Tsp Salt
1.5 Tbsp Light soy sauce
PREPARATION:
1. Smash garlic, chop peppers, chop coriander root and put in mortar.
2. Add mint leaves and smash.
3. Add in palm sugar, light soy sauce, salt. Mix well and add lime juice (to
