RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
200 g Chicken wings
1 Tbsp Light soy sauce
2 Tsp Sugar
½ Tsp Black peppercorn
3 stalks Lemongrass
3 Kaffir lime leaves
1/3 cup Tempura flour
PREPARATION:
1. Cut wings lengthwise and devein lime leaves.
2. Smash peppercorns in mortar and then add lemongrass and contiue to smash.
3. In mixing bowl with wings, add light soy sauce, sugar, and tempura flour.
4. Add lemongrass & ground peppercorns. Mix thoroughly.
5. Set in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
6. Deep fry wings until golden brown.
7. Deep fry lemongrass and lime leaves.
8. Serve with ketchup or sweet chili sauce.
