In conjunction with universities, culinary schools, and hospitality institutions, we offer accredited training programs in Thai, Pan-Asian, Western, and Pastry/Bakery culinary arts. You are invited to come to the City of Angels, and learn Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Western cuisines, and French pastry/bakery with us. We offer training of foreign hospitality and culinary students in the theory and practice of Asian & Western cooking. Training and all recipes are in English. Come to Bangkok, learn Asian and Western cooking or Pastry/Bakery, and experience Thai culture for yourself. For those not in a hurry, join us for 6 or 12 months–learn in the school kitchen and then apply what you learned in the kitchen of a 5-star hotel.as an intern.

PROGRAMS:

1. Pan-Asian (Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese cuisines)–
PROGRAM A– only 6 weeks of training (30 days, Monday-Friday), 240 hours of culinary training at the school
PROGRAM B– 6 weeks of training at the school + 4.5 months of internship at a 5-star Thai hotel (when available)

2. Thai Culinary Training–
PROGRAM A– only 6 weeks of training (30 days, Monday-Friday), learn 75+ professional Thai dishes.
PROGRAM B– 6 weeks of training at the school + 4.5 months of internship at a 5-star Thai hotel (when available).

3. Western Culinary Training–
PROGRAM A– only 6 weeks of training (30 days, Monday-Friday), learn Italian, French, American, Spanish, Mediterranean and Eastern European dishes.
PROGRAM B– 6 weeks of training at the school + 4.5 months of internship at a 5-star Thai hotel (when available).

4.  Pastry/Bakery Training–
PROGRAM
A–only 5 weeks of training (25 days, full-time Monday-Friday), learn professional French pastry, chocolates, cakes, decorations, and breads.  Learn 101 professional recipes.
PROGRAM B– 5 weeks in our bakery at the school (25 days) + 4.5 months of internship at a 5-star Thai hotel (when available)

Training: During these courses, expect to learn:

  • Asian & Western ingredients–fruits, vegetables, rice, noodles, coconuts, peppers, herbs & spices,….
  • Authentic flavors and aromas
  • Professional presentation
  • Use of kitchen utensils & cookware
  • Mastery of professional dishes from scratch–curry pastes, dips, sauces, rice & noodles, street foods, starters, salads, soups, stir fries, deep frieds, steamed & desserts
  • Thai culture

Included in our program tuition are the following:

  • Accommodations close to the school
  • Most meals (lunch and supper during training days for culinary courses)
  • Intensive training with recipes in English at the school cooking, cooking, and cooking
  • Accredited diploma for 6 weeks of professional culinary training
  • Education Visa for 6 months
  • Internship placement
  • Airport pickup and return for large groups
