BASIC CULINARY SKILLS TRAINING COURSE
In order to be a successful chef, one must first possess some basic culinary skills. This course is designed to prepare you for a career in culinary arts. The following knowledge is necessary to know in order to adequately function in the food industry.
Course length: 1 week (5 full days), learning basic culinary skills & knowledge, such as:
- Asian & Western ingredients
- Kitchen utensils & equipment
- Cutlery & knife skills
- Kitchen organization & stations
- Food Safety
- Personal hygiene
- Food costing
- Food measurements
Tuition: 15,000 THB ($460 USD)
Start Day: Every Monday
Instruction: In English and Thai, as necessary
Diploma: Basic Culinary Skills Diploma
Deposit: Required to guarantee your seat (25%)
