BASIC CULINARY TRAINING SKILLS COURSE
In order to be a successful chef, one must first possess some basic culinary skills. This course is designed to prepare you for a career in culinary arts. The following knowledge is necessary to know in order to adequately function in the food industry.
Course length: 2 weeks (10 days), learning basic culinary skills, such as:
- Market Visit & Ingredients
- Kitchen Utensils
- Knife Skills
- Vitamins & Minerals
- Food Safety
- Menu Planning
- Food Costing & Measurements
Tuition: 25,000 Baht
Start Day: On Mondays, inquire for intake dates
Instruction: In English and Thai, as necessary
Diploma: Basic Culinary Skills Diploma
Deposit: Required to guarantee your seat (25%)
